Secretary
An Arabic-first AI assistant for daily work.
Live product · Early access
THE PROJECT
Secretary is an Arabic-first AI assistant for daily work. Its live progressive web app is available to open and pair on a device. The product direction brings conversations, task follow-up and review-aware workflows into one calmer workspace. The interface visuals below use demonstration data to illustrate intended flows; they are not live-user screenshots.
IN THE DETAILS
Warmth without visual noise
The coastal image belongs to the daily overview; the task list uses a stable dark surface. Scenery sets the atmosphere without sitting behind every piece of work.
Give decisions a clear place
The Today proposal gives the pending approval an explicit review action, while an opaque cream surface separates the next appointment from its surroundings.
One completion control
The Tasks proposal gives each example task one completion circle, with the title kept separate and readable. The product direction keeps the completion action easy to identify while the title stays readable.
